Trade Master Privacy Policy
S Group AZ — Last updated August 12, 2026
Trade Master is a workforce application used exclusively by employees and authorized personnel of S Group AZ and its affiliated companies (Sierra Stucco, Superior Drywall, SDC Painting) for time capture, job scheduling, and crew coordination. It is not offered to the general public.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, username, work email address, and cell number, as provided when your employer creates your account.
- Time records: job-site scans, punch-in/punch-out and clock-out events, task completions, and notes you attach to them.
- Location: your device's GPS position is recorded with each scan, and at intervals only during your work window — from your first scan or punch-in of the day until you clock out. Location is not collected outside that window.
- Camera: the camera is used solely to scan QR code labels at job sites and to attach photos you choose to upload. No imagery is captured without your action.
How Information Is Used
- Recording and verifying work hours for payroll.
- Attributing work time and site visits to the correct jobs and tasks.
- Scheduling and coordinating crews across job sites.
Sharing
Your information is used internally by S Group AZ and shared only with the payroll processors that process your pay. It is never sold, and it is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Retention & Security
Records are retained as required for payroll, accounting, and legal compliance. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers.
Your Choices
- Location and camera access are controlled by your device's permission settings and can be changed there at any time. Declining location means your time records will not include GPS.
- SMS notifications are opt-in and can be stopped at any time (reply STOP).
- Questions about your data, or account removal when employment ends, are handled by your supervisor or the S Group AZ office.
